We're an end-to-end construction and interiors company based in Bengaluru. We build in lime and concrete — traditional eco-friendly construction alongside modern RCC — and handle everything from design coordination to handover under one team.
What we stand for
We build homes the way we'd build our own — with quality materials, honest timelines, and complete transparency from the day we break ground to the day we hand over the keys.
Since 2022, we've completed 3 homes across Bengaluru and have 3 more actively under construction — traditional lime homes, modern RCC villas, and interior fit-outs. Every project is managed end to end, with one team and one point of accountability.

A serial entrepreneur who has successfully built and scaled businesses including Manyavar and Shubh Sweets on HSR Layout's 27th Main, Kanishka brings sharp commercial instinct and natural leadership to B4 Builders. He believes the best businesses are built on genuine value — and that a home is no different.
Gaurav HS
Co-founder & Partner
A practising lawyer and community builder who genuinely loves people, Gaurav brings the precision of legal thinking and the warmth of a natural connector to everything he does. His belief in accountability and doing right by people runs through how B4 Builders operates.
Prakash Raushan
Co-founder & Partner
With 13.5 years in India's tech ecosystem — across Redbus, MakeMyTrip, IamHere Labs and CredR — Prakash brings a product builder's mindset to construction. His conviction: the homebuilding experience in India deserves the same transparency and rigour as the best tech products. B4 Builders is his attempt to prove it.
Praveen Kumar M P
Working Partner & General Manager
A civil engineer with 15+ years across high-rises, hospitality and large-scale layouts. He has delivered projects like Ozone Evergreen (G+21) near Sarjapur signal on Harlur Road and Sennetta Hotels, a five-star property in Chennai, along with hotel builds in Hosur and a shopping mall in Davanagere. At Canterbury Castles Phase 2 in Nandi Hills — a 150+ acre development — he ran 18+ acres as project manager, handling layout development end to end, and has built 15+ individual homes besides. Praveen sees every project through each stage with a focus on quality and timely execution, keeping things transparent with clients and building relationships that last.

Working Partner & Deputy General Manager
A civil engineer with 15+ years and a track record few can match. He spent five years at L&T as reinforcement in-charge on landmark high-rises for the House of Hiranandani — including Hillcrest (G+28) and Skylark Ithaca (G+19) — followed by six years with Hombale and six as a project engineer on high-security work for ISRO and HAL. That experience, spanning central-government projects and India's top builders, shows in how he works: detailed and exacting, attentive to the smallest things so no rework is needed, and always planning well ahead to keep the site running smoothly.
Raghul M
Working Partner & Project Manager
A civil engineer with 5+ years and a strong grounding in residential and boutique work. At Kovai Builders he worked across individual villas, independent homes and a resort project within a layout — 10+ builds in all. Raghul brings high energy to the team, working proactively and front-running every project. He manages labour forces and materials across all active sites, staying on top of the details so there are no delays and no compromises on quality.
